A World War II era M1 helmet liner produced by Capac Manufacturing Company. The interior features a cross-in-a-shield manufacturer's mark embossed in the crown. It is constructed with a high-pressure olive drab plastic body and includes a cotton webbing suspension system with a leather sweatband. The exterior retains its original matte finish with standard rivet placement for the internal hardware.
