The central motif features the coat of arms of Denmark with three lions passant, surrounded by the embossed text 'MODSTANDSBEVÆGELSEN' and 'REGION II' at the base. This insignia was used by members of the underground resistance forces operating within the second administrative region during the German occupation of Denmark.
