Instituted on January 6, 1945. Maker's mark impressed on the rim "KULTAKESKUS OY". Comes with the original envelope, on which someone has written "FINLAND for Korea" Not necessarily". I do not believe that Finland had any contingent in Korea during or after the war. The envelope is more difficult to find than the medal
