Description

A pair of WWII German War Merit Medals (Kriegsverdienstmedaille). These circular medals feature the War Merit Cross on the obverse with a central swastika. One example retains a bright brassy finish, while the other shows a darker, aged patina. Both include their original suspension rings. These awards were typically granted to civilians and military personnel for contributions to the war effort not involving direct combat.
